SSWAGGES

Beta terms

Test honestly. Expect change.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Beta status

SWAGGES is unfinished test software. Features, recommendations, catalogue coverage and access can change or be withdrawn. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and no paid subscription is currently created by joining the beta.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13. A specialist review of the service for people aged 13–17 is still required; SWAGGES does not claim to operate a parental-consent system. Do not provide a false age band or use another person’s account.

Shopping information

SWAGGES provides discovery and outfit inspiration; it does not sell the clothes or take payment. Retailers control current price, stock, sizing, product safety, payment, delivery, returns and warranties. Confirm all information with the retailer before purchasing.

Commercial content

Affiliate links can earn SWAGGES commission. Paid placement must be marked “Ad · Sponsored” before the click. Commercial relationships do not remove the need for age eligibility or user exclusions.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with security, overload the service, automate abusive requests or submit unlawful content. Security problems should be reported privately through the contact route rather than publicly exposing personal data.

Your content and feedback

Do not submit confidential, infringing or unlawful content. Beta feedback may be used to improve SWAGGES, but ownership of a tester’s existing intellectual property is not transferred merely by sending feedback.

Leaving the beta

You can stop testing at any time. Device data can be deleted in Profile. A verified contact route is required for beta-application or server-data requests that cannot be completed in the app; identity must be proportionately verified before another person’s records are changed.

Legal review

These beta terms are operational draft terms, not a substitute for terms approved for the final business model. Liability wording, governing law, company identity and consumer-contract provisions require qualified review before a paid or public store launch.
